Unlike the limited range of colours available from factory options, Blackmans brings you the full spectrum of colours available.

Let your selection of leather make a truly personal statement. Consider a leather stitched steering wheel, handcrafted gear shift, matching hand brake and door panels.

Blackman’s can turnaround a kit in as little as 3 days – where some importers may take up to 2 weeks. Choice of colours in leather and in stitching.
Blackman’s currently have a range of leather colours spanning around 20 colours with many based on factory colours. All of these colours are available in kit form containing one or more colours or for sale per hide. Our thread colours are as extensive as our leather colours and all kits are available with matching OR contrasting stitching.

Blackman’s carry pre- made patterns for a wide range of vehicles with most new car patterns from within the last 15 years. Our range of approximately 1500 patterns is one of the largest range of patterns belonging to any manufacturing and motor trimming company in Australia.

While we do have an extensive range of patterns, we are always looking to extend our range including any older vehicles that our customers may require. For an older model, we can create a pattern from the original cover and manufacture a new leather kit.

FOUR YEAR WARRANTY

All Blackman’s leather interiors come with a four year warranty which covers manufacturing. Any faulty items will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

All of our kits are fitted to ensure proper airbag deployment. Airbag deployment testing is carried out by an independent company (Autoliv) to certify that the deployment time is virtually identical to original factory times.
All threads used in the sewing process are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Standard. This means the sewing threads we use are the same as those used by car manufacturers (ie a 40/60 combination of threads).
Our insurer has approved our manufacturing and fitting process for all interiors with a $20,000,000.00 insurance policy. Certificate of currency available on request.

There is always a qualified Motor Trimmer on hand to offer advice and support for fitting a Blackman’s interior or even to seek advice on colours and models.


LEATHER CARE
We only use automotive grade leather, which means that your vehicle’s interior is easily maintained using Blackmans leather conditioner.
Blackmans Leather is available in a convenient pump bottle and is available in our showroom for purchase. Alternativelty, please call Blackmans for deliveries.

1. Use a soft damp cloth to keep your leather upholstery free from dust and dirt. Do not use reactive chemicals, cleaners or abrasive agents.
2. For best results, apply conditioner as per instructions on the bottle.
